SHIPPING & RETURNS
The following will answer most questions regarding our shipping and return policy.
Please Note: Phone or email inquiries are answered Monday through Friday. No inquiries will be answered Saturday, Sunday or national Holidays.Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours for parts, builds may take a little longer (this is from when your payment is processed, and does not include weekends). Please allow a few more business days for your order to arrive. We use UPS exclusively for all processed orders with signature required for orders over $100. Freight is automatically computed when you go to check out. If you need something under $100 you may select USPS as your shipping option.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, unless specified, with an added charge
Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!
During major gift-giving holidays please remember:
Due to large volume during major gift-giving holidays, your delivery time may be delayed by a few days.
Remember, it is wise to order early to ensure you get your item(s) on time!
We will do everything to ensure you receive your shipment in a timely manner, but remember that UPS can also run a bit behind during these peak times.
Customers who order too close to a Holiday may find their order arrives a few days after the Holiday. Once your order has shipped, we cannot be responsible for late deliveries. Late deliveries during the Holidays will not be entitled to free shipping or a refund of shipping costs.
Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within the next business day of receiving your item. For example, if you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday.
Cancelled Order Policy
All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds are returned as Store Credit for a new Purchase or Product on a new order.
No-Refunds For Cancelled Orders
Refund will be issued as Store Credit
Customer Disputed orders will be Cancelled and given Store Credit as a Refund. No cash refund. Store Credit Only!
Return Authorization Policy
Return Authorization is required from Rad Armory LLC. for ALL returned merchandise. Please email email@example.com for a representative to acquire your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Once you have received the RMA number, please fill out and print the following which you need to include in your merchandise return package. Please do your best to complete the form in its entirety. If you do not include this form , please be aware that it will greatly impact the amount of time it will take us to investigate and locate whom, what, and where your return came from.

Orders that are shipped back to us within 30 days, without proper authorization, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded.
Return freight is the customer’s responsibility. Absolutely no returns will be accepted past 30 days.
Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 business days before you expect to see your refund as credit toward a new purchase. You will see the transaction as Rad Armory LLC on your statement. We will email you notifying you that your credit has been issued.
Manufacturers warranties do apply to defective merchandise, Please contact the manufacturer for any manufacturer’s warranty issues.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours.
Please note that all refunds will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges (which may differ from the shipping charge you paid, such as items that are shipped direct from the manufacturer, or items that are shipped from different locations).
All items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. Absolutely no returns will be accepted past 30 days. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
Any items marked “Specials” are not returnable.
Christmas Ordering: If you order November 1st through December 15th for early Christmas shopping, we allow 60 days to return or exchange an item. This allows you time to shop early for Christmas and have ample time to return or exchange the item.
If you wish to return an item that you bought during a free shipping special, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for that item.
